Supply Chain Administrator
Braxton Technologies, LLC, a Braxton Science and Technology Group (BSTG) division, has an opening to support our growing engineering business. This position requires a motivated individual who seeks to work in a team environment where creative solutions are encouraged, and technical challenges are the norm.
The Supply Chain Administrator will review, understand, and act upon Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), support the development of and ensure pricing and cost proposals are consistent with contractual requirements, develop subcontracts, administer and ensure compliance of subcontractor performance, and submit bids for existing and prospective client relationships within the federal, state and local government sectors. This position will also support procurement of material purchases, tracking of materials, working with engineering to ensure receipt of materials, and payment of invoices. This individual will also provide on-going contract reviews/modifications and maintain GSA schedules. The Supply Chain Administrator will work closely with Senior Management in a supportive role.

Position Responsibilities
- Prepare all pre-solicitation documentation related to contract documentation and provide oversight of price proposal responses from Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) release to final submission, including amendments; work with proposal team and proactively validate information and negotiate terms and conditions (T&Cs) to align with our business model
- Serve as the primary POC for all contract-related correspondence with customers and subcontractors; submit bid proposals for related RFQs, maintain submission schedule and meet deadlines; respond to inquiries from subcontractors/government clients
- Support Technical and Product Leads to maintain, review and manage all active contract reporting requirements; support the development of PWS/SOWs, ensure flow down of T&Cs and contract clauses for all subcontracts
- Manage award decision documents and subsequent contract requirements as negotiated, including options, renewals and compliance activities, terms and conditions, CLIN requirements, representations and certifications, determinations and findings, memorandums for records, and contract modifications
- Support procurement activities, material management, and material tracking
- Assist in the development and modification of processing and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Security Clearance
- Must be eligible and pass security screening to obtain DoD Secret
If this position requires a government clearance, the applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for accessing classified information.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Contract Closeout and Simplified Acquisition Experience
- Detailed knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, Government acquisition processes, SAM/FBO/GSA internet-based procurement procedures and compliance
- Experience private industry sector, and subcontract alignment, coordination and reporting
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of contract clauses, pricing and cost proposals
- Willingness to be flexible, and to accommodate fast-paced, unpredictable business opportunities and objectives
- Ability to provide excellent customer service across broad and dynamic platform
- Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Strong curiosity to seek better efficiencies, professionally challenge norms, and drive better practices and processes
Education and Training Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field preferred
- Years of experience can be substituted for formal education at the discretion of the hiring manager
Minimum Years of Experience
- 6-8+ years’ Federal contracting experience as a government contract administrator is required
- Experience with all types of Federal contracts is desired
