• M-F, Days *Please note this is a salaried full time position and NOT commission based
Travel
• up 10% Travel may be required to support conferences and career fairs.

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for job requisition creation and posting jobs to the applicant portal
  • Active recruiting using internal and external resources
  • Conduct applicant reviewing & screening
  • Sourcing candidates for active and virtual pipelines
  • Attend career fairs and recruiting conferences
  • Work with hiring managers and technical leads to better understand job requirements and improve screening
  • Network and maintain applicant and client relationships through active engagement
  • Identify recruiting process and procedure improvements and assist in providing training for the career posting & hiring process
  • Coordinate phone and in person interviews

 

Minimum Security Clearance

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be eligible to pass security screening to obtain DoD Secret

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Must maintain a very high level of confidentiality
  • Must have an acceptable clean driving record
  • Must be willing to take calls and have meetings after ordinary business hours
  • Working experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Knowledge and understanding of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and ability to effectively execute tasks using the Microsoft office product suite
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and personalities to foster teamwork
  • Basic organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be reliable & dependable
  • Must take initiative and use good judgment to respond quickly to changing situations and business needs in a multi-executive, multi-office environment
  • Must be able to weigh priorities
  • Must have strong customer service skills for both internal and external customers
  • Must present self, staff & company in a professional manner

 

Required Education:

  • Associates degree or working towards bachelor’s degree required
  • Preference given to candidates with bachelor’s degree or higher

 

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 3+ years of HR, Sales or Recruiting
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior Technical or DOD contract recruiting

 

Additional Desired Qualifications, Skills, Certifications:

  • Be willing to learn other skills, as necessary
