Ingenicomm, a Braxton Science and Technology Group (BSTG) division, has an opening to support our growing business within the Intelligence Community (IC). Candidates will support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Communications Directorate Colossus program Policy Development and Coordination team. This group develops, reviews, staffs, and releases information technology, information assurance, and information management policies for the NRO and IC as applicable. The team is regularly called upon to provide advice and guidance on policy issues to senior-level management, and are expected to validate the alignment of draft policies with NRO, IC, and DoD interests.

Position Responsibilities
- Support the drafting of policy, related initiatives, plans, strategies, and programs in accordance with NRO standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an effort to establish direction and the crafting of associated policy documentation
- Support review and approval coordination of draft policies leveraging NRO protocols that include formal dissemination and when required the orchestration of the NRO Decision Framework process
- Support policy forums, boards, and working groups as required
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop or assist in creation of new IC ITE policies and instructions as required by the Government
Minimum Security Clearance
- Active Top Secret with SCI including current CI poly
Required Qualifications and Skills
- NRO or IC experience
- BS/BA/AA degree with 5+ years or 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to the responsibilities outlined above
- Assesses and mitigates system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle
- Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
- Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
Education and Training Required
- Two year college (Associate’s Degree) required
Minimum Years of Experience
- 5+
Additional Desired Qualifications, Skills, Certifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
